If you are unsure of the fault, we can offer you a Samsung Galaxy Tablet diagnostic service. Our fixed price diagnostic service we will examine your device to source and locate any problems. If we do find any problems we will establish the root cause and quote you for the cost of repair.

If you are happy with the quote given for the repair of your device then we will deduct the diagnostic fee from the repair and will proceed with the repair.

If you decline the proposed repair, the initial diagnostic fee will still be charged.

Please be aware diagnostics may take longer than usual repairs as our trained technicians take extra time to look at every element of the device and check for faulty parts.

Please be advised we cannot guarantee your device will be repaired after we diagnose the fault. However, 95% of devices that we diagnose are repairable.
