iPhone 4S Diagnostic Service

We offer a fixed price diagnostic service, during which we will test every component of your device, and determine the root cause of the problem. We will then quote you a price for any repairs needed and offer advice on the steps that need to be taken to get your device back to working order.

If you are satisfied with the quote given for the repair of your device then we will deduct the diagnostic fee from the repair and will proceed with the repair.
If you decline the proposed repair, only the initial diagnostic fee be charged.

Please be aware that our tests are very thorough, and some tests are complicated and time consuming, therefore we only offer an estimated time that the test will be completed in.
As soon as the device is ready for collection, you will receive a phone call from one of our technicians, who will let you know that the device is ready to be collected, and will go through the next steps, if you decide to repair your device.
