Water Damage Inspection and Logic board Clean-up Service

Please bear in mind this is not a repair but a diagnostic service.

If you suspect that your device may be water damaged, DO NOT TURN IT ON.

It is best to dry the device, and not plug any chargers in or turn on the device.

Our fixed price liquid damage service includes a full diagnostic and a full clean-up of all components of your device. This process gives you the best chance of recovering full functionality to the components of your device, as it removes oxidation, corrosion or leftover liquid which is causing short circuits and preventing your device from functioning correctly.
Once your device has been fully cleaned and dried out it will then be turned on and tested.
At this stage we may find that everything is working normally and in which case we will call you and let you know that your phone is ready for collection.

However, there is a chance that other parts may need to be replaced to return the phone to full working order. In this instance, you will receive a call from one of our technicians who will explain the fault and quote you a price for the repair and go through the next steps, if you decide to repair your device.

There is also a possibility that your device may be beyond repair via cleaning and in this instance we will inform you of this and advise you on what to do next.

This service is only for cleaning the internal components of your device, we are not able to offer any warranty against any faults which your device may develop in the future.
