Please ensure to package your device securely. We receive a number of devices in Jiffy Bags which are more badly damaged than they were before they went through the postal service. Please package your device securely using a strong cardboard box with plenty of padding to prevent any damage. Also can you please ensure that your phone number along with any passcodes or pin codes are included inside the package with your device.
